Returns and Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods and food safety regulations, we generally cannot accept returns of food items that have left our premises. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and want to ensure your complete satisfaction.

When We Accept Returns

We will gladly provide a refund or exchange in the following circumstances:

  • Product Quality Issues: If your pastries arrive damaged, stale, or not meeting our quality standards
  • Incorrect Orders: If you received the wrong items or quantities
  • Delivery Problems: If your order was not delivered as scheduled or arrived in poor condition
  • Defective Products: If there are any issues with the freshness or preparation of your items

Return Process

If you experience any issues with your order:

  1. Contact Us Immediately: Please reach out within 24 hours of receiving your order
  2. Provide Details: Let us know what specific issue you experienced
  3. Photos Help: Include photos of the products if there are quality concerns
  4. Order Information: Have your order number ready for quick assistance

What We'll Do

When a valid return request is made, we will:

  • Provide a full refund to your original payment method, OR
  • Replace your order with fresh products at no additional cost
  • Cover any reasonable return shipping costs for our error

Items We Cannot Accept for Return

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Products that have been partially consumed
  • Items returned more than 24 hours after delivery
  • Products that have been stored improperly after delivery
  • Custom or special orders (unless due to our error)

Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds will appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank
